{"id":3894,"date":"2026-07-10T20:00:43","date_gmt":"2026-07-10T18:00:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.marcelcuvelier.de\/?p=3894"},"modified":"2026-08-07T00:11:43","modified_gmt":"2026-08-06T22:11:43","slug":"poolpumpe-mit-home-assistant-steuern-diy-mit-esp32","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.marcelcuvelier.de\/?p=3894","title":{"rendered":"Poolpumpe smart steuern mit Home Assistant \u2013 DIY-L\u00f6sung statt teurem Hersteller-Modul"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Vom einfachen Schalter zum Smart-Home-Projekt<\/h2>\n<p>Wer schon einmal versucht hat, eine einfache Pumpe \u201emal eben schnell\u201c smart zu machen, kennt das Ph\u00e4nomen: Aus einer vermeintlich simplen Idee wird pl\u00f6tzlich ein ausgewachsenes Projekt \u2013 inklusive L\u00f6tarbeiten, Geh\u00e4usebau, etwas Elektronik und nat\u00fcrlich Software.<\/p>\n<p>Genau so begann auch mein aktuelles Projekt. Das Ziel war zun\u00e4chst recht \u00fcberschaubar: Eine Poolpumpe sollte verschiedene Betriebsmodi zuverl\u00e4ssig unterst\u00fctzen und bequem \u00fcber Home Assistant steuerbar sein. Sp\u00e4ter sollten zus\u00e4tzlich Zeitsteuerungen automatisch zwischen den Modi wechseln k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>Am Ende entstand jedoch deutlich mehr als nur ein smarter Schalter. Mit einem ESP32-Relaisboard, mehreren Status-LEDs, etwas L\u00f6tarbeit und einem individuell gestalteten Home Assistant Dashboard entstand eine L\u00f6sung, die nicht nur zuverl\u00e4ssig funktioniert, sondern auch IMHO optisch \u00fcberzeugt.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2>Warum keine Herstellerl\u00f6sung?<\/h2>\n<p>Bevor ich selbst zum L\u00f6tkolben gegriffen habe, habe ich selbstverst\u00e4ndlich gepr\u00fcft, welche L\u00f6sungen der Hersteller (Speck bzw. Badu) bereits anbietet. Eine fertige L\u00f6sung kostet vielleicht ja nur ein paar Euro mehr und bietet alle Funktionen, die ich mir w\u00fcnsche. Sehen wir mal&#8230;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr meine Speck-Pumpe existiert mit dem <a href=\"https:\/\/www.speck-pumps.com\/de\/product\/badu-netlink-3019\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Badu NetLink-Modul<\/strong><\/a> bereits eine fertige WLAN- und App-L\u00f6sung. Dar\u00fcber lassen sich unter anderem die Drehzahl der Pumpe, die Laufzeiten und die Verbrauchsdaten per Smartphone-App verwalten. Die Installation erfolgt \u00fcber die vorhandenen potentialfreie Kontakte oder eine RS485-Schnittstelle. Also eigentlich genau das, was man sich als Smart-Home-Fan w\u00fcnscht \u2013 allerdings zeigten sich f\u00fcr meinen Anwendungsfall zwei entscheidende Nachteile:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Der UVP liegt bei rund <strong>269 \u20ac <\/strong>&#8211; ein stolzer Preis f\u00fcr die (aus meiner Sicht) geringe Leistung.<\/li>\n<li>Eine Integration in <strong>Home Assistant<\/strong> ist nicht vorhanden und auch zuk\u00fcnftig nicht vorgesehen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Weder existiert eine offizielle API noch konnte ich eine Community-Integration \u00fcber HACS finden. Ich habe sogar direkt beim Hersteller Speck angefragt und angeboten, selbst eine kostenlose Home-Assistant-Integration zu entwickeln und der Community kostenlos zur Verf\u00fcgung zu stellen. Leider bestand daran vom Hersteller kein Interesse. IMHO h\u00e4tte das im Idealfall sogar zu h\u00f6heren Verkaufszahlen f\u00fcr das Badu NetLink gef\u00fchrt. Naja, wieder eine Chance nicht genutzt &#8211; schade!<\/p>\n<p>Damit blieb letztendlich nur eine L\u00f6sung:&nbsp;<strong>Selber bauen!<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2>Die Hardware<\/h2>\n<p>Nach einiger Recherche fiel meine Wahl auf die folgenden Komponenten:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ESP32-WROOM-32E 4-Kanal-Relaisboard mit WLAN und Bluetooth<a href=\"https:\/\/www.marcelcuvelier.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/ESP32-Wroom-Relaisboard_unbestueckt.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-3901 size-thumbnail\" src=\"https:\/\/www.marcelcuvelier.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/ESP32-Wroom-Relaisboard_unbestueckt-150x150.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\"><\/a><\/li>\n<li>CP2102 USB-zu-TTL-Konverter f\u00fcr die Erstprogrammierung<\/li>\n<li>5 Volt \/ 3 Ampere Stecker-Netzteil<\/li>\n<li>5 x 8-mm-LED-Kontrollleuchten (Rot, Orange, Blau, Gr\u00fcn und Wei\u00df)<\/li>\n<li>ABS-Kunststoff-Verteilerdose (150 \u00d7 110 \u00d7 70 mm)<\/li>\n<li>Schaltdraht, Aderendh\u00fclsen und weiteres Kleinmaterial<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2>Der &#8222;erste Kontakt&#8220;<\/h2>\n<p>Die Erstprogrammierung des ESP32 erfolgte \u00fcber den TTL-Konverter. Das von mir o.g. ESP32-WROOM Relaisboard verf\u00fcgt nativ \u00fcber keine eigene USB-Schnittstelle &#8211; aber eine TTL-Schnittstelle ist vorhanden. Da das Board ja nach dem Kauf noch keine Informationen zum lokalen Wifi-Netzwerk kennt, muss es ihm ja irgendwie beibringen. Dazu setzte ich den genannten TTL-Konverter ein. Andernfalls k\u00f6nnte die Pumpe in einen ung\u00fcltigen Betriebszustand gelangen. Gerade f\u00fcr Smart-Home-Nutzer w\u00e4re das eine echte Bereicherung gewesen.<\/p>\n<p>Vielleicht dient dieses Projekt dem einen oder anderen als Inspiration f\u00fcr das eigene Smart Home oder andere IoT-Projekte.
